We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the United States (mainland). We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.
Made to Order, Just for You
All of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. We use a print-on-demand process rather than mass production, which means your item may take a little longer to arrive than products shipped from warehouses — but it also helps reduce overproduction and waste.

Printing Locations
We work with multiple trusted printing partners. Your order will be produced and shipped from the closest available printing location to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

Once your order is placed, we’ll keep you informed and provide an estimated delivery date so you know exactly what to expect.

Relax Chillout Vibes operates using print-on-demand production. Each product is made specifically for your order once purchased.
Product Responsibility
Relax Chillout Vibes is an independent UK-based brand. Products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted production partners. For EU regulatory purposes, our authorised representative is Printful.
Made-to-Order Items
Under UK and EU consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced specifically for the customer.
As all Relax Chillout Vibes products are printed uniquely upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact contact@relaxchilloutvibes.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing:

Clear photographs showing the fault or damage
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate, in line with our production partner’s policies.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before production begins (typically within 24–48 hours of placing your order).
Once production has started or the item has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the parcel is returned by the courier:
